De Veenfabriek
The Veenfabriek is music theatre ensemble under artistic direction of Paul Koek. The Veenfabriek works as a cooperative of artists and scientists relating to each other's work and mentality, as well as to society, science and the trade. Therefore, the Veenfabriek is more than just a music theatre company undertaking to produce a number of performances each year. Without distancing itself from this important mission, the Veenfabriek simultaneously focuses on its permanent research into new forms of performing arts in which various art disciplines confront each other.

The Veenfabriek is a place where reality is tangible and stubbornness reveals itself. A place where artists, musicians and scientists work together to present their reflection on society in an aesthetic form and touch the audience.
